Returns & Exchanges: No "Swamp Donkey" Shenanigans
Look, we want you to be happy with your gear. If you order a shirt that fits like a tent, or a sign that doesn’t quite fit the vibe of your cabin, we’re gonna make it right. We don’t believe in makin’ things complicated - life up here is hard enough!
Our "Fair Shake" Policy
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, don't worry about it, eh? Here’s the deal:

The 30-Day Window: You’ve got 30 days from the day your package hits your porch to let us know if somethin’ isn’t right.

Keep It "New-ish": As long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has the tag (if it came with one), we’ll swap it out or give you a refund. If you’ve taken it out to the mud bog and it’s covered in pine needles and grease, we probably can’t take it back - that’s just common sense, don’tcha know!

Wrong Size? No problem. If that shirt is a bit too snug or a bit too loose, let us know! We’ll get you the right size sent out faster than a snowmobile on a straightaway.
How to Get the Ball Rollin'

Shoot Us an Email: Send a note to info@upsoapcompany.com with your order number and let us know what’s goin’ on.

Pack It Up: Pop the item back in the mail. We’ll send you the address once you reach out.

The Swap or the Refund: Once we get it back, we’ll either ship out your new size or get your money back in your pocket. Easy as a Sunday mornin' at the bait shop.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

Shipping Costs: If it’s our mistake—like we sent you the wrong size or the sign arrived lookin’ like a pretzel—we’ll cover the shipping. If you just decided you wanted a different color because the mood struck ya, we ask that you cover the return shipping.

Custom Items: Since our custom and personalized items are made specifically for you (with your name/coordinates/dates/etc), we can only accept returns on those if there’s a typo on our end or they show up damaged.
